UOT Forest Products

UOT Forest produces a range of Scrarifiers and associated equipment for forest replanting site preparation.

These machines are particularly effective on sites with heavy Brash loads or where mulching has been carried out and the mulch layer is thick. Scarifying allows new trees to be planted into the mineral soil ensuring better survival rates. On wet sites this also improves drainage.

Four sizes are available depending on the carrier type and size, smaller units are for forestry tractors and larger machines fit skidders or forwarder bases.

A front weight frame and de-bogging unit is a useful addition for tractors working on site prep sites.
